What makes Pulaski County Humane Society DBA Loving Paws Adoption Center different from most shelters across the nation is its philosophy and dedication to do whatever it takes to save and improve all treatable and healthy animals. Our mission is to ensure the humane and compassionate treatment of all animals entrusted to our care, reunite lost animals with their owners, do our best to make sure that all adoptable animals are placed in responsible, permanent homes and extend humane education to the public. We are a no kill shelter and only euthanize animals when absolutely necessary.
